A Mount Stuart House Wedding
MOUNT STUART HOUSE, ISLE of Bute
Mount Stuart House on the Isle of Bute is a stunning example of Gothic Revival architecture from the Victorian era. Built from 1719 to 1796 for the third Marquess of Bute, it is famous for its detailed interiors and valuable art and antiques. The estate includes beautifully designed gardens and various architectural styles, reflecting the vision of its architects and the Bute family's long influence. As a popular tourist spot, it provides visitors with insight into its rich history and the luxury of the time. I also grew up on the Island so its always amazing to go back! Today I was here for Lyndsay & Ross’s Wedding. I joined the girls as they got ready in a nearby airbnb.
Lyndsay had her Mum to help her get ready in a stunning room decorated in creams. I loved the first look with her Dad and then all her bridesmaids.

I headed to Mount Stuart House to meet the boys and get some photos of the stunning architecture. This is one of the most photogenic places to get married!
Lyndsay walked down the aisle of the Marble Chapel to meet Ross. They had a beautiful ceremony before headed out for confetti.
We then took family pics in the chapel and then I took the couple around Mount Stuart House using all the different rooms and the marble staircase.
After we headed to Lyndsay’s family farm where a marquee was set up for speeches and dinner.
After dinner was some pics with the dogs, fun with Ross’s body building friends and a walk in the fields before the daylight was gone!
Time for cake and dancing with friends. I waited for the light to get dark enough so we could do photos with sparklers and then I left them all to party the rest of the night away! Another gorgeous Mount Stuart House Wedding!!
