Rowallan Castle is a magnificent 700-year-old castle located in the heart of Ayrshire, Scotland. The castle's structure reflects a unique blending of various styles of architecture, including Gothic and Renaissance. Rowallan Castle was initially constructed as a simple tower house in the 13th century, but it was later expanded and remodeled into the grand castle that it is today. Today I was here to photograph the wedding of Olivia & Fraser. I joined Olivia as she was getting ready with her family.

I met Fraser downstairs with his Best Man and Dad.

Olivia looks absolutely stunning in her dress. A real natural beauty.

Olivia was walked down the aisle by her Dad. I should mention that she is from Brazil and all her family flew over to Scotland for the wedding. They had a beautiful humanist ceremony performed by the fantastic David Smith.

They were piped outside to a confetti tunnel and enjoyed photos with guests in the dry weather.

We headed down to the old Castle for photos. Olivia has a big instagram following back in Brazil as she travels round Scotland blogging about castles so this was a perfect fit for her to get married.

I kept some photos in with her instagram theme. Both of them so photogenic!

I photographed the gorgeous layout in the dining room before everyone was piped in for speeches.

After dinner guests mingled in the bar before being invited back in the room for cake cutting and first dance.

All the guests tried their hand at the ceilidh - it was so much fun to watch and photograph and the Brazilians done so well! After a few dances I left the happy couple to party the night away with their guests, it was such a beautiful wedding to be part of. Thank you for having me at your Rowallan Castle Wedding!
