The Cow Shed Crail

AUG 2021 // THE COW SHED CRAIL WEDDING

Natasha & Gavin had to reschedule a few times but finally they were getting the day they deserved. As I drove up to St. Andrews the sun was rising and I could tell it was gonna be a warm sunny day. The Cow Shed is a barn venue so ideal for this kind of weather. I joined Natasha as she was getting ready at a local farmhouse.

Lots of emotions from her Mum and Sister as she got ready. The bridemaids and bridesboy did a fab job in helping her get ready and be on time!

As I turned up to The Cow Shed, it was beautifully decorated by the team at Gloam who are number one in event design and floristry. I found Gavin and got a few photos with the boys before Natasha arrived.

Natasha looked stunning as she was walked down the aisle by her Mum. They has a beautiful humanist ceremony where they personalised the words to their story.

An explosion of confetti erupted as they headed up the aisle. All the guests headed out into the courtyard for drinks in the sun!

I took a few indoor shots with the couple inside. It was so hot and uncomfortable outside, I didn’t want to keep them too long in the harsh sun. Instead I let them enjoy more time with guests and decided we would do all the outdoor stuff after dinner when the sun was setting.

After dinner we cracked out some smoke bombs and gathered up the bridal party. We had so much fun during this shot!

We took a walk in the nearby corn fields to complete the photos. Loved that the sun was setting in the background.

The bride and groom entered to cut the cake and take to the dance floor for their first dance. After that it was full on party mode for all the guests with a ceilidh.

Finally it wouldn’t be a wedding at The Cow Shed without using their outside lighting for the final shot! Thank you so much for having me guys, such a fun day!
