A Fingask Castle Wedding

Fingask Castle Wedding Venue is a beautiful and enchanting setting for couples who want a memorable day. Surrounded by stunning gardens, the castle has a fairytale atmosphere with its grand architecture and charming turrets. Fingask Castle captures the essence of Scottish romance, giving you an unforgettable day! This is no different for Rick & Brodi. They were due to get married in 2020…and we all know how that went. So here we are finally in 2023. It was slightly complicated for them as they are both Australian and had to plan their day from the other side of the world! But we are here now and they invited some of their closest friends and family to travel with them to this fairytale location.

Brodi got ready with her bridesmaids in one of the bedrooms in the castle. I loved the floral theme she choose for the days look.

Rick was downstairs excitedly greeting guests. With this wedding it was very touch and go if it was going to be outside or not due to the weather. The couple desperately wanted it outside so we wiped the chairs and cracked on! Australians love the rain!

As you can see they made the absolute right call to get married outside, it was a stunning setting - even if at times it did split a little rain.

As the day went on it just got drier and drier so we were able to spend the rest of the afternoon in the gardens for family photos and couple photos.

Look how stunning the castle is as a backdrop! I also took the couple down to the boating pond and well Rick was loving it and in his element!

A beautiful banqueting table was set out for dinner. We had some suprise speeches from across the globe and round the table. It was lovely to see such an intimate setting.

As the sunset we took another walk around the insane gardens - honestly you could get lost in there, before heading back to cut the cake in true Scottish tradition…with a giant sword!

Rick & Brodi had their first dance as husband and wife before the rest of the guests came up and joined them. It was such a gorgeous Fingask Castle Wedding! Thank you for having me!
