An Altskeith House Wedding
ALTSKEITH HOUSE, LOCH ARD // SEPT 2022
Nothing fills me more with joy than the drive to Altskeith House. Located on the Loch Ard you pass lots of little boat houses before hitting the stunning scenery and that view of Ben Lomond. If you looking for a Scottish country retreat wedding venue then this is the place for you. I joined Nicole as she was getting ready with her bridesmaids.
Paul and the boys wore some stunning forest green suit jackets.
Nicole was helped into her dress by her Mum. She looked absolutely stunning and was just a natural beauty.
They will always try for an outdoor ceremony here but it was raining so we had it indoors but the windows were open so guests could soak up that gorgeous view. Paul waited nervously at the bottom of the aisle for his bride and as soon as he saw her he was so happy.
They both danced up the aisle and lead guests outside for a quick confetti photo before the heavens opened.
This only lasted for a little while and then we started the group photos. I loved the dark moody clouds behind them.
I then took the couple over the road to the beach for some photos.
Dinner was set up and then they cut their cake made of Cheese! One of the guests was a wee bit late, you can see him running in the background.
We had lots of fabulous speeches before heading out in the evening for a few more photos.
It was then time to party! The happy couple had their first dance and then guests took to the floor. They organised a ceilidh, it looked so much fun! Thanks guys for having me, it was a beautiful Altskeith House Wedding.
