A Wedding at Enterkine House

ENTERKINE HOUSE WEDDING // SEPT 2022

I was excited to be back at the beautiful Enterkine House Hotel near Annbank to photograph Clair & Josh’s Wedding. I love the wooden beams and big windows at Enterkine, really gives weddings that gorgeous rustic look. Clair chose to mix this with pops of colour in the flowers and table decor and it looked fantastic! I joined Clair as she was getting ready in the room with daughter Eily and bridesmaid Caitlin.

Josh was downstairs in the whiskey room with his groomsmen. I loved their classic suits! I took them outside for a few photos before heading back upstairs.

Clair’s Dad came to collect her and walk his daughter down the aisle.

They had a beautiful ceremony in front of the windows letting in lots of light for photos. Clair looked so happy to meet Josh at the bottom of the aisle. They had a lovely Church of Scotland ceremony before heading out to the balcony for photos!

We were super lucky with the weather as it rained for most of the morning but the sun was out by the time the ceremony finished. I took them round to the driveway for some photos with Thistle, their dog!

Guests enjoyed mingling on the balcony as tables were set up for speeches.

Before they stepped in to enjoy the speeches I managed to get a few with the wind blowing the veil!

In between courses I kept an eye on the weather and popped them out for a few photos in the evening glow and finally managing to time a nice family photo with Eily who was in a happier mood! We also had some confetti poppers left so used these too!

Finally the evening came and they cut their cake, had the first dance and were then joined on the dance floor with all their guests! I wish Clair & Josh all the best - thank you for having me! A beautiful Enterkine House Wedding.
