The Parsonage Wedding - Airth

The Parsonage, Airth // Aug 2021

Its always a joy to shoot at my local wedding venues, two of my favourites Airth Castle and The Parsonage. Today I was at the Parsonage for Alex & Gordons Wedding. The Parsonage is sleek & stylish with loads of space for your guests. With the sunny weather it looked like an outdoor wedding in the gorgeous gardens. I met Alex as she was getting ready nearby at her Mums.

We then headed to the venue for the final touches of putting on the dress. Gordon was downstairs welcoming the guests and looking handsome in his kilt!

Alex looked stunning as she floated down the aisle to the gardens. They had a wonderful and funny humanist ceremony performed by Melanie Leckie.

We gathered in for the big confetti shot and then their gorgeous pooch Spike joined us for a few photos.

Guests mingled in the garden as the happy couple and myself went for some photos, they were amazing to photograph. So smiley and lots of fun!

The Marquee was beautifully decorated as guests ushered in for the very entertaining speeches and dinner.

After dinner the light was perfect so myself and Scott the Videographer (MacKenzie Wedding Films) asked Alex & Gordon to pop out for a further 10 mins. As you can see it totally paid off! If its summer and we still have light I will always try and get the couple out for a few more photos.

Finally it was time to get into the marquee for cake cutting, first dance and a big party! Thanks so much for having me guys, it was a gorgeous Wedding at The Parsonage!
